BAR & WAITING STAFF:

We are hiring for our busy country pub in the scenic

location of Baslow.

 

Are you a confident, outgoing person that loves working with people and a real go-getter? Then this is the position for you.

Experience is preferred but non-essential. Full training will be given.

 

We are recruiting for a position to cover around 20-40 hours a week to cover our day time lunch services.

CHEF DE PARTIE:

The Robin hood in Baslow have an amazing new opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie.

 

The pubs are part of a small, independent group run by a local family and is known for serving excellent quality homemade food, which is freshly prepared using locally sourced ingredients in the Peak District.

 

Chef de partie is responsible for ensuring the standards of service and presentation are adhered to at all times. Also responsible for maintaining the quality standards of their section and adhering to the food costs throughout their shift.

 

General duties:

· Preparing designated section each shift.

· Ensuring all required ingredients are prepared and ready for service

· Ensuring safe and hygiene practices are maintained at all times

· Ensuring the highest quality food is produced on a consistent basis

· Providing a friendly, courtesies and professional attitude at all the times

· Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy and are completely cleaned at the end of each shift

· An ability to cope well under pressure, an excellent team player, a passion for delivering high standard food, good organisation skills and the ability to multi-tasking is essential.

Role:

Preferable at least one-year experience at chef de partie level, or a strong commis chef looking for the next step. Our passionate Head Chef will be able to provide you with further training needed to progress your career.
